Three Shot Sequences

Three shot sequences are shots of images that are in an order of sequencing with a long or a wide shot, a medium shot, and a close up or extreme close up shot. Many people use this technique, or skill, to grab interest to the viewer. It helps the viewer to understand what is going on. In all of the shots, they all have different angles when taken. The wide shot is the one that shows the setting, place, and the subject. The medium shot has the subject closer and shows what the subject is doing in a feeling that the viewer is right there. Lastly the close up or extreme close up shot is the closest shot of the three, it gives the viewer an even more feeling that it is right there and is about to touch the subject. Here are some examples of a three shot sequence.
